We craft large timbers into structural frameworks that create aesthetic and spacial ambience. The unique feature of our Crafted Timber Frames is the use of the mortise and tenon joint - an ancient carpentry technique, fastened with wooden pegs. Our Crafted Timber Frames range from internally exposed trusses to full post, beam and rafter structures. We also provide a range of outdoor/garden structures and are able to provide bolted trusses or hidden bolts as an alternative to the mortise and tenon joinery. We value eco-friendly homes & structures and use chemical free or untreated timbers that are sustainably harvested and New Zealand grown.
